Payments needs to be sent within 14 days of registering to complete your registration process.  If payment is not received your spot will be given to the next cropper.

We will be having a massage therapist and foot massages! Details will be sent out to the all crop participants. 

Cancellation Policy:

(Only if payment was made in full when you registered will the Cancellation Policy be in effect.)

Cancellations policy will be in effect only if you pay in full at time of registration!  If written cancellation is received prior to July 31st, 80 percent of the registration fee will be refunded.  Fifty percent of the registration fee will be refunded for written cancellations received August 1 to August 15, 2008.  Registration fees for cancellations received after August 15th are non-refundable.  All requested refunds will be minus Pay Pal or Credit Card fees if applicable.
